INN POLICIES:
· A full gourmet breakfast is included and served every morning at 8:00 or 9:00 or to accommodate our guests' needs.
· Hummingbird's Home, including guest rooms, is a non smoking establishment; however our covered porch and lawn furniture will accommodate our smoking guests.

· Gift certificates are available.
· A two-night minimum is required on weekends from May 1st through October 31th.
· Reservations required with a deposit equal to the first night's stay.
· Deposits are refundable, minus a $10 service charge per room, if cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival. Our policy also applies to early departures (shortened reservations). Less than two weeks (14 days) notice will result in full charges for the number of room(s) and days reserved with your credit card.

· 'No Shows' will be charged for the entire amount of the stay (number of days times room rate plus tax).
· No Cancellation on "Specials".
· Confirmation and directions are sent upon receipt of deposit.
· Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, traveler's checks or cash are accepted.
· Check-in is 3:00 pm by appointment ONLY.
· Check-out is by 11:00 am
· Pets can be boarded nearby.

· Whole Inn reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to the reservation, if the reservation is canceled within 60 days of the reserved date/s only the value of re-booked rooms will be refunded. A $125.00 cancellation fee will be charged if a Whole Inn reservation is canceled 61 or more days before the reserved date.
